Do you ship outside EU?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs outside the EU may require additional duties and taxes, and will be paid by the customer.
When do I get my order?
– Austria and Germany, 2-3 working days.
– Other EU countries 4-10 working days.
– Outside EU 7-21 working days.
Where do you ship my order from?
We will ship your order from Austria.
Return?
You may return your items undamaged with the original packaging. You will provide your own return label and bear the cost.
Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Once your return is inspected and refund is approved we will process it as quickly as possible back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Delays may occur due to bank processing.
