Our Story
I grew up in small remote village in the Philippines. I have genuine and profound love for the nature as I grew up bearing witness to the beauty of it. Me and my husband are both passionate about the nature and outdoor activities and wanted to give back and help preserve its beauty.
After a long time of thinking and planning in our little apartment in Austria, karbaw was founded in 2025 with one goal, to build a bottle that will not contribute to the escalating crisis of plastic pollution. Instead helps the environment even in the littlest way everyday. Durability that will sustain our needs whether you are an outdoor enthusiasts or just simply love the indoor activities without the need of throwing it away but reused. Water that stays hot and cold karbaw does it all. We’ve tested and experienced our product performance.
The brand karbaw means water buffalo in my native language. Where I came from it is a symbol of hard work, perseverance, and the Filipino partnership with nature. Same as our bottle karbaw is known for its strength and ability to withstand weather conditions.
Our product was crafted out of boundless concern and commitment for the nature we deeply cherish. It was carefully designed to exhibit our purpose, not only through functionality, but also it’s positive environmental effect. Aside from being reusable, affordable and eco-friendly, it is made from materials with sustainability present in mind.
